Mix-up on Houston chase policy ends in arrest
Way to go Harris County! This is the prime example of why the "no chase" policy in Houston is a big bag of crap.
Here's a video that should be required viewing by all the movers and shakers in City Hall to show them how real men respond to the justice system's detriment and puts the blame where it belongs....
